Johnson Brothers is a leading, family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer. The Sales Consultant role involves servicing accounts, meeting sales objectives, territory management, promoting products, in-store tastings, and maintaining retailer relationships.

Travel within the assigned territory is required; candidates should have experience in the liquor industry, be goal-oriented, and able to work independently with reliable transportation and a valid license.

Responsabilidades

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
• Checks quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and services accounts
• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to minimize out-of-stock items
• Develops and maintains relationships with customers
• Communicates with Sales Representatives about buyer preferences, inventory and shelf space
• Builds trust with retailers and upholds Johnson Brothers corporate values
• Performs other work-related tasks and special projects

This Sales Consultant position supports, services, and maintains accounts. Candidates also responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Travels around assigned territory to service accounts


• Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts


• Fills shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized.


• Develops and maintains relationships with customers.


• Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer's preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours.


• Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, have excellent customer service and a \"can-do\" attitude.


• Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus.


• Goal and results oriented.


• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.


• Competitive, self-motivated and customer service orientated.


• Professional written and oral communication skills a must.


• Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.


• Good driving record.


• Ability to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.


• Local candidates preferred (no relocation package)
