Hand & Stone Anthem, independently owned and operated for 18 years, seeks a High-Performance Sales & Service consultant. This role focuses on memberships, consultations, and high-touch hospitality.

You will drive membership goals, provide concierge experiences, and learn Dermalogica and Image Skincare lines to upsell home care. Starting pay is $17/hour plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with a Team-focused, locally-owned culture.

The Role: High-Performance Sales & Service

This is a sales-heavy position. You aren't just checking people in; you are a Wellness Consultant responsible for meeting membership quotas and service goals.

• Starting Pay: $17/hr + Uncapped Commissions and Performance Bonuses.

• The Standards: We utilize Zenoti and expect "old school" customer service—that means personalized follow-ups, detailed client notes, and 5-star hospitality.
