Job summary

Hand & Stone Anthem is seeking a results-driven Sales & Concierge Specialist to join our independently owned spa team. In this high-touch environment you will drive membership growth, provide expert product recommendations, and deliver 5-star hospitality to every guest.

You will learn Dermalogica and Image Skincare lines, meet daily quotas, and maintain a pristine, high-volume facility. This role offers uncapped commissions and a team-focused culture with local ownership and career growth

The Role: High-Performance Sales & Service

This is a sales-heavy position. You aren't just checking people in; you are a Wellness Consultant responsible for meeting membership quotas and service goals.

• Starting Pay: $17/hr + Uncapped Commissions and Performance Bonuses.
• The Culture: We are a Team, not a "family." We value professional boundaries, mutual respect, and hitting targets.
• The Standards: We utilize Zenoti and expect "old school" customer service—that means personalized follow-ups, detailed client notes, and 5-star hospitality.
