Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Glendale, AZ is seeking an energetic Sales Associate to help guests prioritize health and wellness while driving memberships and product sales. You’ll work in a spa setting, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to a fast-growing organization focused on performance and results.

You’ll participate in a proven sales process, earn commissions, and have opportunities for bonuses and advancement based on performance.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team!

What You'll Do

• Educate guests about the benefits of regular massage and skincare services
• Sell memberships, and gift cards
• Execute our proven sales process and work toward individual and team goals
• Recommend enhancements, products, and services based on each guest’s needs
• Create a welcoming, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist guests with questions
• Support client follow-up and membership retention efforts
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow proper filing procedures
• Help keep the spa clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Work closely with the entire spa team to create an exceptional guest experience
