Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Director of Innovative Financial Group (IFG) Sales Compliance to lead development, implementation, and oversight of sales compliance programs across federal and state regulations while enabling growth and operational excellence.

The role manages teams overseeing agent and agency compliance, partners with executives, operations, legal, carrier partners, and regulators to identify risks, strengthen programs, and promote ethical sales practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, healthcare, insurance or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and operations.
• Extensive knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, Medicare marketing guidelines, Medicaid, HIPAA and insurance compliance requirements.
• Experience with regulatory agencies, carrier partners, and conducting compliance audits.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead IFG's sales compliance strategy and governance programs.
• Oversee compliance teams responsible for agent and agency monitoring, auditing, and regulatory adherence.
• Serve as a liaison between IFG, carrier partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls that support compliant sales operations.
• Lead compliance investigations and direct corrective action plans when issues are identified.
• Escalate emerging compliance concerns internally and externally as appropriate.
