Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an Advisor, Financial Systems, to lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of key financial platforms, notably the Sales Compensation system, Xactly Incent. You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and IT to ensure data integrity and scalable processes.

Responsibilities include governance of compensation tools, system enhancements, and developing dashboards for informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in sales operations or financial systems administration, design, or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with sales compensation tools and rev ops.
• Strong data analysis and Excel modeling skills.
• Solid understanding of relational and multidimensional data models.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of financial system initiatives related to sales compensation and planning.
• Lead administrator for Sales Compensation Tools, including configuration and governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT.
• Oversee design and deployment of new compensation plans.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to junior team members.
• Drive adoption and optimize system utilization, including training and change management.
• Stay informed of best practices and emerging technologies.
