Job summary

Epsilon seeks an Advisor, Financial Systems to lead the strategy and execution of key financial platforms, notably the Sales Compensation system, Xactly Incent. You will design scalable processes, ensure data integrity, and enable actionable finance insights across Finance, Sales Operations, and IT.

You will mentor junior team members, drive system adoption, and stay ahead of best practices in compensation governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in sales operations or financial systems administration, design, or implementation.
• Deep hands-on experience with sales compensation tools, rev ops and sales ops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of financial system initiatives related to sales compensation and planning.
• Serve as lead administrator and experience with Sales Compensation Tools, managing configuration and governance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT teams to align requirements and data workflows.
• Oversee design and deployment of new compensation plans, including documentation, configuration, validation, and UAT.
