Job summary

Epsilon, a leading data and identity company within Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Advisor, Financial Systems to partner with Finance, Sales Operations and IT on the Sales Compensation platform, Xactly Incent. You’ll steer end-to-end initiatives, govern configurations, and mentor junior team members.

You will design scalable processes, ensure data integrity across systems, develop dashboards, and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 6–8 years in sales operations or financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with sales compensation tools, rev ops and sales ops.
• Strong data analysis and Excel modeling skills.
• Knowledge of relational and multidimensional data models in financial systems.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of financial system initiatives for sales compensation.
• Lead administrator for Sales Compensation tools and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and IT to align requirements and data workflows.
• Oversee design/deployment of new compensation plans including UAT.
• Develop robust reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Provide technical and functional mentorship to junior staff.
• Drive system adoption, training, and change management.
• Stay informed on best practices and emerging technologies.
