Job summary

Epsilon is seeking an Advisor, Financial Systems to lead and optimize our Sales Compensation and related financial platforms, notably Xactly Incent. You will drive governance, design scalable processes, and mentor the Financial Systems team across Finance, Sales Operations, and IT.

You’ll partner with Finance, Sales, and IT to ensure data integrity, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights while staying current with industry best practices and new technologies to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Deep hands-on experience with sales compensation tools, rev ops and sales ops.
• Strong data analysis and modeling skills using Excel; validate configuration with data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of financial system initiatives related to sales compensation and planning.
• Serve as lead administrator for Sales Compensation Tools, including configuration and governance of plan implementation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales Compensation, and IT to align requirements and data workflows.
• Oversee design and deployment of new compensation plans, including documentation and UAT processes.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and dashboards for Finance and Sales.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to junior team members.
