S&P Global Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to serve as the financial engine for our global incentive program.

You will design and run simulations that govern incentive spend, stress-testing plan structures and cross-referencing run-rate performance with seasonal trends to support FP&A alignment and month-end payout estimates. Responsibilities include building dynamic forecasting models in Python and Excel, developing automated Power BI dashboards, and delivering clear,

Qualifications

5+ years in financial modelling, quantitative compensation analysis, or FP&A within a multinational organisation.
Advanced financial modelling with nested logic and Monte Carlo/sensitivity simulations.
Experience building Power BI dashboards and data visualisation for executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Design and run simulations and scenario models to govern incentive spend across the global sales force.
Develop dynamic forecasting models using Python and Excel; align with FP&A and month-end payout estimates.
Perform stress-testing, quota changes, and plan distortion detection to surface risks and tail risks.
Build reusable scenario calculators and automate data ingestion pipelines with Data Architecture teams.
