Live Nation Entertainment seeks a highly analytical Sales Commission Analyst to support the administration and execution of the division's sales compensation function. The role focuses on reporting, reconciliation, and data analysis across Salesforce and the commission platform, with close work with Finance, Sales, and HR.

The ideal candidate is organized, proficient with complex data, and able to meet recurring deadlines and high-stakes financial calculations with accuracy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales compensation or financial analysis.
• Experience with commission platforms and CRM data; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer annual sales compensation plans and reconciliation schedules.
• Maintain plan configurations, onboarding, testing, and updates.
• Execute commission administration and reporting; resolve discrepancies.
• Produce bi-weekly scorecards and dashboards; support budgeting and forecasting.
