Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions.
• Review sales transactions to ensure commissions are calculated accurately.
• Apply commission rates, bonus structures, quotas, and incentive plans.
• Calculate commission adjustments, bonuses, and accelerators.
• Verify that sales representatives receive the correct commission payments.
• Research and resolve commission discrepancies.
• Reconcile commission reports against sales records and accounting systems.
• Compare commission payments to approved sales transactions.
• Prepare journal entries for commission expenses and liabilities.
• Reconcile commission accrual accounts and general ledger accounts.
• Ensure commission calculations follow company policies and compensation agreements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
