Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar compensation & benefits or analytics role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with Callidus/True Analytics software.

Responsibilities

• Research, analysis, reporting, and programming related to commission data.
• Processing commissions and ensuring accuracy.
• Mentor field users on Callidus and related reports.
• Pay transaction auditing and dispute resolution.
• Support health, safety and compliance practices as priority.
