Clean Harbors is seeking a Sales Commission Analyst to provide design, analytical and program support, including research, reporting, and plan design recommendations aligned with regulatory guidelines. The role emphasizes commissions processing accuracy, Callidus/True Analytics usage, and collaboration with field users to optimize incentive programs and reporting accuracy.

Excellent communication and Excel skills are required to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance/Accounting/Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar analytics/compensation role.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; excellent communication.
• Callidus/True Analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Health and Safety priority by complying with safe work practices and policies.
• Research, analysis, reporting, programming.
• Commissions processing, ensuring and improving accuracy.
• Teaching/mentoring field users on Callidus and reports usage.
• Pay transaction auditing and dispute resolution.
