Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in sales, engineering sales or relevant field with an interest in a sales career, at a University based in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and project support to Florida Account Managers and customers.
• Create and manage submittals, quotes, and small project documentation.
• Track, expedite, and assist with order management and change orders.
• Analyze drawings/specs and enter quotes through Empower.
• Manage and update opportunities, RFQs, and past-due items in Salesforce (SFDC).
• Support customer inquiries, warranty claims, and credit workflows.
• Assist with training on ABB tools like Empower for coworkers and distributors.
• Compile project intel and support follow-up actions for large sales opportunities.
