Job summary

ABB is seeking a co-op intern for Fall 2025 in Atlanta, GA. You will support the Electrification sales team, create submittals, manage small projects, and track orders, while learning Empower and SFDC tools in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in engineering in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.

Responsibilities

• Sales support for all GA Account Managers.
• Create detailed submittals and other customer-facing documents.
• Enter and manage small projects.
• Track and expedite Orders.
• Analyze Drawings and Specs to field quote Projects of all sizes through Empower
• Review and hand off large projects to the project team.
• Assist with change orders and revised submittals for large projects.
• Create Opportunities through Salesforce (SFDC).
• Submit RFQs through SFDC.
• SFDC Past Due Clean Out.
• Answer customer product questions.
• Submit and monitor Warranty/Damaged Goods cases.
• Handle credit workflows for project issues.
• Offer ABB Sales Tool Empower assistance for co-workers and customers.
