Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an exceptional storyteller and product marketing leader to join our Sales Cloud team as Portfolio Storytelling & Keynote lead. You’ll craft the overall narrative for Sales Cloud and ensure it lands with conviction across stages, channels, and voices.

You’ll own major keynote presentations, including Dreamforce and World Tours, and coach executives to tell a compelling story that resonates with customers, analysts, and partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field, enterprise SaaS focus.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• Experience leading executive keynotes and high-stakes presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative arc for the Sales Cloud portfolio across stages and channels.
• Lead end-to-end development of high-impact keynotes for major events (Dreamforce, World Tours).
• Develop category leadership narratives and external advocacy programs.
• Build customer advocacy and leverage with Sales, CS for market impact.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and PMMs to translate product capabilities into customer benefits.
• Coach executives and colleagues to deliver the narrative with conviction.
• Drive go-to-market alignment and launch support for major product releases.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive insights to sharpen messaging.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects to deliver high-quality outputs.
