Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an exceptional storyteller and product marketing leader to own the Portfolio Storytelling & Keynote for Sales Cloud, translating product innovation into human, memorable narratives. You’ll craft narratives executives can own and deliver with confidence, and ensure customers and analysts want to amplify them.

You will lead keynote development for Dreamforce, World Tours, major events, and internal gatherings, partnering with product, sales, and PMMs to land the story across

Qualifications

• Master storyteller with a track record of executive keynotes and high-stakes presentations.
• Ability to translate complex product innovation into human, memorable narratives.
• Experience shaping narrative across multiple channels and audiences.
• Strong collaboration with sales, product, and marketing leaders.
• Proven ability to coach executives and deliver with conviction.

Responsibilities

• Own the narrative arc for the Sales Cloud portfolio, shaping market perception.
• Lead end-to-end development of high-impact keynotes for Dreamforce and events.
• Scale category leadership and define emerging CRM and revenue intelligence markets.
• Build customer advocacy and activate champions across events and case studies.
• Partner with analysts and influencers to extend the brand narrative externally.
• Enable the PMM team to activate the narrative across channels and media.
