Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Storytelling & Keynote lead to own the Sales Cloud narrative and drive executive-level storytelling across channels. You will craft compelling narratives that translate product innovation into human, believable stories for customers, analysts, and executives.

You’ll lead the end-to-end development of high-impact keynotes for Dreamforce, World Tours, and flagship events, coaching speakers and integrating demos to land the message with conviction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product marketing for enterprise SaaS, CRM focus.
• Ability to lead executive keynotes and high-stakes presentations.
• Capable of translating complex product ideas into simple, human stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Cloud narrative and ensure market resonance.
• Lead end-to-end keynote development for major events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing for GTM launches.
• Develop customer advocacy and third-party narratives.
