Qualifications

10-15 years experience in messaging, storytelling for software, platform or services business.
8+ years in creative and visual design.
Expert in Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
Excellent experience in video editing.
Strong relationship builder across teams.

Responsibilities

Translate vision and complex technical roadmaps into cohesive, audience-specific visual experiences.
Standardize visual delivery by creating and managing a reusable asset library.
Partner with leadership, Executive Communications and Marketing to drive key narratives.
Drive 90%+ on-time delivery and on-target messaging for presentations and assets.
Develop and maintain a Visual Messaging Playbook defining visuals across enablement collateral.
Act as strategic creative partner for rapid brainstorming and whiteboard sessions.
Design high quality presentations, assets, and imagery; direct designers or agencies when needed.
Establish feedback loops to reduce revision cycles.
