Job summary

OwlSure is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst in New York to drive Sales Cloud transformations within Life & Annuities. You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, Salesforce and integration teams to define requirements, optimize sales processes, and support end-to-end implementations for distributor-based insurance sales channels.

The role demands 7+ years of BA experience, 4+ years with Sales Cloud, and deep domain knowledge in Life & Annuities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Proven Life & Annuity Insurance domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge of insurance distribution models and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Bancassurance, IMO, and Retail Agency channels.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders across Life & Annuity Insurance operations.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Support implementation and optimization for distributor-driven sales models.
• Analyze lead, opportunity, producer onboarding, distributor, and policy sales processes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Support integration requirements involving Databricks-based platform, Broker Portal, and Policyholder Portal.
• Perform gap analysis between current and target processes.
• Facilitate UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs.
• Create BRDs/FRDs and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with teams supporting modern digital portals.
