Job summary
Phaxis is seeking a Business Analyst to join our growing team in the life and annuities sector. You will work directly with clients to implement and support our product line, and you will be hands-on with technical configuration alongside a Project Manager to build new business processes and policy administration workflows.
You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions, document configurations, and support testing and demos during implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Life and Annuity Insurance sector.
- Experience with implementing SaaS software solutions.
- SQL skills.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) preferred.
