Home Genius Exteriors in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring for a full-time W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. Join a growing team as a closer with elite training and mentorship.

Meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and enjoy weekly pay, 70% upfront advance, and no cap on commissions plus health, dental & vision insurance after 30 days. This role also offers a flexible schedule and local appointments based on where you live.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily

What You'll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
