Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role in the Pittsburgh, PA area. The position emphasizes closings, pre-qualified leads, and a fast track to leadership through strong training and internal promotion. Weekly pay, robust commissions, and benefits are offered.

You’ll meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver compelling in-home presentations, and contribute to a supportive team culture aimed at rapid career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily


• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations


• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
