Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a driven In Home Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team. In this full-time, W-2 role, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales, earning an average first-year income of $150K–$200K with uncapped commissions. Top performers exceed $300K.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule ( Raleigh NC area ) with ongoing training, and benefits after 30 days. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle may be required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

Location: Hybrid work schedule in Raleigh NC

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
