Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a results-driven in-home sales closer to join our rapidly growing team. You will meet with 2-3 qualified homeowners daily, present roofing, siding, windows and related solutions, and close high-ticket sales to achieve uncapped earnings.

We offer a hybrid schedule with strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits after 30 days, and ongoing sales training to help you build a six-figure career.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Connecticut

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

• Present financing options and close sales
