Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2+ years of management experience or 4 years of selling experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Achieves revenue, budget and other business objectives.
• Develops relationships with key customers.
• Sets goals and communicates them to SSC staff.
• Provides leadership and direction to achieve store objectives.
• Communicates with customers to maximize market penetration and margins.
• Trains and develops SSC staff in customer service, purchasing and operations.
• Manages store KPIs and compliance with HR policies.
