Job summary

Brookfield Conference Center, part of NCG Hospitality, is seeking a Sales and Catering Manager to lead client engagement and event planning, driving superb guest experiences and revenue growth.

You will manage inquiries, build relationships with clients, and coordinate with teams to deliver seamless meetings and events at our conference center.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and bookings for small groups (up to 15 rooms on peak) and short term events
• Conduct regular prospecting and maintenance sales calls to build new business and foster repeat client relationships
• Represent the property at networking events to generate awareness and leads
• Stay current on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to support strategic sales efforts
• Act as the primary contact from inquiry through post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
• Provide accurate site tours and prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
• Communicating all setup needs and final counts in weekly BEO meetings

How You'll Make An Impact

Our Sales and Catering Manager creates and maintains lasting relationships with our customers in the desire to provide them with an excellent guest service experience while utilizing the property's meeting and event space.
