Job summary

Brookfield Conference Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Banquet Setup team member for our events. The role is physically demanding and requires lifting, pushing, and arranging tables, chairs, and other items to create an outstanding banquet space as per layout requests.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with potential for higher wages for experienced candidates. Flexible AM/PM shifts five days a week, including weekends, and reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department.
• Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered.
