Job summary

Brookfield Conference Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead banquet service, supervise staff, and ensure guests receive exceptional service. You’ll coordinate event timelines, over see set-up, and partner with planners to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months of supervisory experience.
• Two or more years of banquet/server food & beverage experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational contact with staff and guests to ensure guest loyalty and hands-on supervision (90%+).
• Meet with banquet meeting planner or contact to establish rapport and evaluate immediate needs.
• Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of banquet practices and procedures.
• Assist in establishing solutions for challenges in banquet service.

How You'll Make An Impact

The Banquet Superviosr is responsible for supervising food and beverage banquet service, staying attentive to guest and team member needs.

• 90% of the time or more, will be spent in direct operational contact with staff and guests to ensure guest loyalty and direct hands-on supervision
• Meet with banquet meeting planner or contact to establish rapport and evaluate any immediate needs
• Assist in the development, coordination and implementation of banquet practices and procedures
• Assist in establishing solutions for challenges in banquet service
