Job summary

Brookfield Conference Center, part of NCG Hospitality, is hiring a Banquet Setup specialist. Starting at $18.00/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for higher wages. Flexible AM/PM shifts, five days a week including weekends, and reliable transportation are required.

The role requires at least 1 year of banquet setup and/or housekeeping experience. You will set up banquet spaces, maintain cleanliness, and ensure layouts meet requested specifications and presentation standards.

How You'll Make An Impact

Our friendly and attentive Banquet Setup assists in preparing for banquet events at Brookfield Conference Center. This job is physically demanding, requiring you to be able to lift, push, pull tables, chairs, and other items ensuring an outstanding banquet space presentation adhering to the requested layout.

• Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department
• Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered
