Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• Hospitality management degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales and catering teams and manage calendars.
• Greet clients, gather information, and route inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate group bookings, catering requests, event details, and contracts.
• Assist with proposals, pricing, and post‑event surveys.
• Maintain sales files, client information, and event records.
