Avery Dennison’s North America Sales Early Career Program (SECP) seeks dynamic individuals for a 24-30 month program starting in Mentor, OH. You will rotate into sales regions after an initial corporate placement, building hands-on sales experience and exposure to pricing, negotiations, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field required with Sales minor or certificate a plus.
• Previous sales internship or co-op experience required or relevant work experience
• Volunteerism or similar activities
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Work sponsorship is not available now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Gain a strong sales foundation: craft key skills and proficiencies to thrive in sales and develop product knowledge
• Work cross-functionally to gain business insights and exposure to various aspects of the business
• Develop skills in pricing, relationship management, negotiation, time management, and strategic planning
• Present products/services and communicate value propositions to potential customers
• Close sales and negotiate deals to finalize transactions
