What You’ll Be Doing
- Build long-term relationships with customers as the primary point of contact
- Manage your book of business effectively through productivity and pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal business partners
- Keep current clients satisfied by delivering exceptional service daily
- Manage existing customer accounts to drive sales and achieve profit margins
- Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals consistently
- Develop internal and external business relationships
- Make outbound sales calls to grow the customer base
- Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities
What You Bring To The Table

- Ability to develop and close sales
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of product, pricing, competition, and sales objectives
- Ability to sell company values and services via phone and internet
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment that values continuous improvement
- Ability to sell to multiple buyer levels within small to mid-sized customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on-site at our Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 6+ months of relevant sales or customer service experience
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL, at least 4 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven account management experience
- Strong business acumen and sales strategy skills
