Role Overview

This is a remote, freelance, commission-based opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership role. You’ll be responsible for acquiring and growing B2B clients—specifically companies actively hiring and in need of top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales strategy and execution for the recruiting platform.
  • Identify and acquire companies actively looking to hire across various industries.
  • Build long-term partnerships with HR teams, recruiters, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align sales and product-market fit.
  • Optimize lead generation, outreach, and deal-closing processes.
  • Optionally, build and manage a sales team as the company scales.
