Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will maintain and grow business within a specific Catalog territory. You will leverage your understanding of our offerings to identify and qualify leads, engage in detailed customer interactions, and support our sales strategy by managing records and documenting activities.

Location & Shift:

Remote from East Coast or Central time zones preferred. Shift hours are 8:00am ET to 5:00pm ET or 8:30am to 5:30pm ET.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
  2. Process and confirm orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records.
  4. Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential.
  5. Document sales activities and prospecting efforts.
  6. Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals.
  7. Respond to product and service inquiries.
  8. Coordinate logistics for large or custom orders.
  9. Share customer insights with sales leadership.
