What You'll Be Doing:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will maintain and grow business within a designated Catalog territory. You will leverage your understanding of our offerings to identify and qualify leads, engage in detailed customer interactions, and support the overall sales strategy by managing records and documenting activities.

Location: Remote, preferably from East Coast or Central time zones.

Shift: 8:00am ET to 5:00pm ET or 8:30am ET to 5:30pm ET.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
  2. Process and confirm orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records.
  4. Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential.
  5. Document sales activities and prospecting efforts.
  6. Prepare and deliver tailored sales quotes and proposals.
  7. Respond to product and service inquiries.
  8. Coordinate logistics for large or custom orders.
  9. Share customer insights with sales leadership.
