Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand VentiveIQ’s client base and grow strategic partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to promote innovative identity resolution and audience data solutions. This role is perfect for someone with 1–3 years of experience in data-driven sales, AdTech, or MarTech, who has exceptional communication skills and a passion for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential partners, clients, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts through personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior team members, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day client engagement and accurate sales tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing to streamline sales efforts by preparing compelling presentations, sales decks, proposals, and follow-up materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VentiveIQ’s offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Track pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g., Nimble) and regularly report progress to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account support—preferably in AdTech, MarTech, or data services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., Nimble, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and work independently.
