Opportunity:

The Sales Business Analyst position will play a key role in the continued growth and success of the company by monitoring inventory levels and forecasts to provide recommendations to drive sales. The Business Analyst will support the execution and data integrity, assist with new item setup and drive operational excellence.

Specific responsibilities include:

1. POS Analysis and drawing insights
2. Monitor and assist with online brand protection
3. Conduct website audits
4. Support new item set-up and product launches
5. Track new product sales
6. Assist with optimization of online campaigns
7. Facilitate inventory allocation to ensure in-stock status
8. Collaborate with Account Managers to update forecasts

Qualifications:

1. Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related field
2. Previous full-time business analyst experience
3. Proficient with Excel
4. Ability and passion to analyze and uncover the data that can drive decision making
5. Strong critical thinking skills
6. Exceptional attention to detail and organization
7. Strong collaboration and ability to work with cross functional teams
8. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers

Temp to hire - Sales Business Analyst

Assignment Length:

4 months (will determine planned conversion assessment date at start of assignment)

Location:

Hybrid – onsite 3 days/week; must be comfortable with commute to 6515 W. Grand Avenue Office

Years Experience:

1. 2+ years (can include internships)
2. We would be open to seeing higher experience (3-5 years), however we are hoping to find closer to entry level 1-2 years of working in a full-time analyst role

Compensation:

$23-26/hour take home - *depending on experience

Agency testing needed / skills to screen for:

1. Excel: *only need to complete prior to 2nd round interview; we want to get candidates in the phone screen ASAP. We are looking for intermediate to proficient (don’t have to master all excel, just be comfortable maybe 6/7 out of 10 proficiency). Excel will be 80% of their usage in this role
2. No other tests needed – however continue looking for comfortability in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Interviews (all virtual):

1. ~30 minute phone screen
2. ~1 hour video interview
3. If all goes well the first 2 rounds, we will connect them for a final quick call to meet VP of Sales
