We are seeking a Fraud Controls & Automation Business Analyst to improve control processes, documentation, and automation in banking and fraud operations. Ideal for professionals with 3-5 years of experience eager to develop skills in control design, risk process documentation, and automation technologies (RPA, AI, etc.).

The role involves supporting senior team members by evaluating control effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies, performing data analysis, and documenting scalable, compliant processes.

Key Skills Required

• Recent experience in banking and/or fraud operations
• Knowledge of control design and process documentation
• Familiarity with automation tools (RPA, AI, workflow solutions)

Responsibilities

Control Process Support

• Evaluate existing controls and identify gaps
• Develop process documentation and desktop procedures
• Ensure control documentation aligns with regulatory and audit standards

Automation & Requirements Gathering

• Identify automation opportunities within fraud and operational workflows
• Draft basic requirements collaboratively with senior analysts and tech teams

Data Analysis & Process Mapping

• Perform data analysis to optimize controls
• Map fraud or claims processes to identify improvements
• Collaborate with risk, operations, and IT teams
