IT Business Analyst – 35922883

12+ months - $52/hr

Fully Remote

Summary:

The Business Analyst - IT serves as a liaison at a project level through which requirements flow between the internal customer community, IT development teams, and end customers.

Requirements:

1. Requires proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Experience with large, complex business transformations and process changes.
3. Knowledge of healthcare information systems/terminology, tools/templates for process improvement and work management.
4. Experience with Microsoft Office tools, Visio, Lucid and project/service management software.
5. Familiar with business analysis methods, Agile, and waterfall.
6. Responsibilities that have included collaborations with stakeholders to understand the needs and outcomes and the ability to translate into business requirements.
7. Development of current and future process documentation as well as detailed requirements to ensure the solution meets the intended outcomes. Managing and status reporting of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the product.
8. Effectively communicating insights across cross-functional teams and leadership.
9. Certifications in business analysis, agile and/or project management are nice to have, but not required.

Education:

1. High School/GED and 4 years of business analyst training/certification and experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of business analyst training/certification and experience.

Typical work hours are 8AM- 5PM, Monday through Friday. Typically, a 40-hr work week, however, may vary depending on the needs of the project. No on call hours.
