AZAD is seeking a Remote IT Business Analyst for a W2 Contract full-time position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Assignment Duration: The initial assignment length is 6+ months with a chance of converting into a full-time employee after the initial contract.
Compensation & Benefits: The hourly pay rate ranges from $39.00 to $42.00. Benefits include co-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Cafeteria Plan, and 401k.
The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions. Responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, defining system specifications, supporting project implementation, and ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams.
