Job Title: Sales Opportunity Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming sales calls professionally and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Respond promptly to internet-generated leads via email, phone, and text.
  3. Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate with customers to gather required information and begin the approval process.
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless hand off of qualified leads.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-energy setting.
  3. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  4. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  5. Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
  6. Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
  7. Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
