General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering professional relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
4. Strong communication skills (oral and written)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range: $12.67 - $18.17
