GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut’s success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales goals and objectives by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store’s appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure company assets.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change
• Self-accountability for sales results, with strong selling skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
