GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience, helping customers find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales targets and company objectives by building relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized; secure all assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and changes with high accuracy
• Take responsibility for sales results using effective selling skills and goal-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
