GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by making genuine connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized service, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the appearance of the store, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability for sales results through effective selling skills and goal-oriented drive
4. Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment

Pay Range: $13.27 - $19.04

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts. You may also be offered a bonus or commission plan as part of a comprehensive rewards package.
