GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are key to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic customer experience while helping them find premium eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and making meaningful connections.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating everyone with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change accurately
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and flexible in a dynamic environment
