GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connections, attention to detail, and personalized service, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Take accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven motivation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
