GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales goals and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through making personal connections, attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
